Persian Sarouk carpets are sough for their high quality and beautiful central medallion design. Sarouk rugs have a variety of central medallions with different shapes and patterns. The main border is has a floral pattern the two secondary borders have a smaller floral pattern on a vibrant red background. The main field has a stylish floral pattern on an ivory background. The rich colors on this rug are vegetable dyed. This is a collectible semi-antique piece.
